Directions from the Sagamore Bridge:

Go over the Sagamore Bridge (Route 6). Take exit 2. Take a right at the end of the exit (Route 130). Follow through Sandwich and into Mashpee. You will pass the Otis Air Force Base entrance on your right. Approximately 2 miles from the base look for Dunkin’ Donuts and the Country Store on the left side just before a fork in the road. At the fork, take a right onto Great Neck Road North. Follow to the end where you come into the Mashpee Rotary. Take the 2nd exit off the rotary (Route 28 to Falmouth). Follow directions from the Mashpee Rotary.

From the Bourne Bridge:

Go over the Bourne Bridge and follow Route 28 toward Falmouth. Take the 2nd exit off the Pocasset Rotary, and continue on Route 28. Take the Route 151 exit and bear right. Follow Route 151 to the Mashpee Rotary. Take the 1st exit off the rotary (Route 28 to Falmouth). Follow directions from the Mashpee Rotary.

From South Yarmouth:

Take Route 6 West to Exit 5 (Route 149). At end of exit ramp, turn left onto Route 149. Follow Route 149 to Route 28. Turn right onto Route 28; follow to Mashpee Rotary. Drive ¾ way around rotary onto Route 28 (towards Falmouth). Follow directions from the Mashpee Rotary.

From the Mashpee Rotary:

Our office is located on the upper level of Deer Crossing. Follow Route 28 toward Falmouth about ½ mile, and turn right at 2nd set of lights onto Shellback Way. True Value Hardware will be on your left. Take a left at the fork (see large stone). Enter parking lot on left and turn right. We are located at the end unit of the middle building. A sign reading Mashpee Vision Care will be out front.
